Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Emma is a joyful person who loves to travel, dance, and connect with people. She devotes herself to learning, teaching, and following her heart. This devotion has guided her to many different places and experiences, including the magical Costa Rican jungle. Here she completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and has lived for the past three years.
Throughout Emma’s 11 years as a yoga student and 3 years of teaching, she has come to understand yoga as a transformational tool and a way of life. Like a key in your pocket, yoga unlocks a life that feels more alive, grounded, and in-tune with your mind, body and soul everywhere you go. Emma has taught Hatha, Vinyasa, and Children & Family Yoga. Across all her classes, she thoughtfully and lovingly supports her students to deepen their self understanding and discover what brings greater alignment and harmony to their lives.
Emma is honored to walk this path with you, sharing yogic practices that nurture self-awareness, support heart-centered living, and open the doorway to yoga’s transformative power, both on and beyond the mat.
Anne grew up in the rural farmlands of Illinois, later moved to the mountains of Colorado, and now calls the Columbia Valley of Washington home, where she lives with her husband and two cats.
With over ten years of personal practice and four years of teaching experience, Anne’s yoga journey has been rooted in compassion, curiosity and heart. Her 200-hour training was strongly influenced by Baron Baptiste’s power vinyasa style, while her 300-hour certification through the School Yoga Institute earned during a month of immersive study in Peru deepened her connection to the philosophy and energetics of yoga.
Anne teaches vinyasa and yinyasa classes at local studios and is the owner of Igniting Life Yoga, a “travel-to-you” yoga business that brings customized yoga experiences to corporate teams, family groups, and special events.
She aims to teach with authenticity, humility, and compassion. Anne’s dream is to create a space where people can reconnect, heal, and grow both mentally and physically. This retreat is part of that dream, and she’s honored to share life-changing tools for bringing yoga into your everyday life.

If you need to cancel your participation:
● Before June 21, 2026 (more than 90 days prior to the retreat start):
Full refund minus cancellation fee of $500.
● Between June 22 and July 19, 2026 (60–89 days prior):
50% refund of the total retreat price (minus the $500 cancellation fee).
● On or after July 20, 2026 (within 60 days of the retreat):
No refund will be given.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
